• 2Business email: Gmail, or Google Workspace on your domain if you buy one. Signature with your logo.
• 3X account: handle, name, bio, avatar, header, pinned intro post written.
• 4Instagram Business: handle, bio, avatar, Business switch, 3 starter posts designed.
• 5Pinterest Business: profile, avatar, 2 boards, 5 starter pins designed.
• 6One-page website: on Vercel (free tier), mobile-friendly, contact or waitlist form.
• 7Domain help: we help you choose and buy a domain in your name, then connect it.
• 8Handover: login sheet, 1-page weekly runbook, 30-min walkthrough call.

Not in Starter: any shop, payments, newsletter, SEO, content plan beyond starter posts. You own: domain, email, social accounts, website code and Vercel project, logo files and brand sheet.

Shop: £895 · 10 working days

Founding price for the first 5 clients: £695

Everything in Starter, plus:

• 9Etsy or Shopify shop (pick one): Etsy: name, banner, icon, about, policies, sections, shipping profiles. Shopify: free theme in your colours, home, about, contact, FAQ and policy pages, collections, UK shipping and VAT settings.
• 1010 listings: titles, tags, descriptions, up to 5 images each, prices you approve.
• 11Payments: Etsy Payments, or Shopify Payments / Stripe connected. You complete the ID and bank step.
• 12Link-up: shop linked from your website and social bios.
• 1330-day content plan: calendar, captions and 12 designed graphics for 2 platforms.
• 14Analytics: shop stats explained, analytics on your website.
• 15Handover: fuller runbook (adding listings, replying to orders, reading stats), 45-min call.

Not in Shop: a second shop, multi-page site, newsletter, SEO work, ongoing posting. Etsy's review of new shops can add a few days; we'll tell you if it does.

Premium: £1,495 · 15 working days

Founding price for the first 5 clients: £1,195

Everything in Shop, plus:

• 16Both Etsy and Shopify: 20 listings or products in total, split as you choose.
• 17Website of up to 6 pages on your domain: home, about, products, FAQ, contact, guides.
• 183 starter guides or blog posts, 800–1,000 words each, written for search.
• 19SEO starter: page titles and descriptions, sitemap, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster, 20-term keyword list.
• 20Newsletter: sign-up form and welcome email, on a free plan in your name.
• 21Fuller brand kit: logo versions, colour and type rules, editable Canva templates.
• 2230-day plan for 3 platforms, 20 designed graphics.
• 23Handover and training: full runbook, 60-min training call, 14 days of email support.

Not in Premium: ads, custom code or apps, moving from another platform, more than 20 listings (extra listings £15 each), photo shoots.

Monthly (optional, after handover)

Managed: £299 a month. 12 posts a month on 2 platforms, 8 pins, 4 new or refreshed listings, monthly health check, plain-English report, email support within 1 working day.

Managed Plus: £499 a month. Everything in Managed, plus 3 platforms and 20 posts, 10 listings, 1 website guide and a Search Console check, 1 newsletter email, monthly 30-min call.

Rolling monthly, 30 days' notice. Not included: order handling or customer service, ad spend, promised growth.

Your part, and what's never included

• •You pass ID, bank and tax checks on Etsy, Shopify, Stripe, Google and Meta. Platforms don't allow anyone else to.
• •You pay platform fees directly: domain, Google Workspace if wanted, Shopify plan, Etsy fees, Stripe fees, any paid theme or app.
• •You provide or approve product details and photos. We make graphics and mock-ups; we don't do photo shoots.
• •You're around for a few verification codes during the build.
• –Never included: promised sales, followers or rankings; ad spend; stock or fulfilment; legal or accounting advice; trademark filing; custom software; bought reviews or followers.

Honest limits: Etsy can hold new shops for review. Instagram sometimes needs the website link added on your phone. New social accounts can ask for phone checks. Stripe payouts start once Stripe verifies you. SEO takes months; we set the foundations, we don't promise rankings.
