Last updated: 28 October 2026. These terms cover the OPERATOR_SYSTEMS website and services. They are a working draft pending solicitor review before public sale.

1. Who we are

These Terms govern use of the website at operator-systems.com and purchase of services offered by OPERATOR_SYSTEMS (“we”, “us”), United Kingdom. Full company name and registered address will be published on this page before public sale.

2. Services

We provide fixed-scope digital install and optional operate services described on this site (the Starter, Shop and Premium setup packs and the optional monthly Managed services). Exact deliverables, timeline, and price are confirmed in writing (email or order form) before work starts. Locked package prices on this site are GBP offers subject to scope confirmation.

3. Quotes, payment, and checkout

Stripe test Payment Links are available now for Setup, Build, and Operate packages (test cards only — not live money). Live Payment Links will replace them after live Stripe reconnect. Until then:

• Prices are in GBP unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is due as stated on the checkout page or written confirmation.
• Work may pause if payment is late.

Card processing is handled by Stripe Payments Europe / Stripe’s UK entity as applicable; their terms also apply to the payment step.

4. Client responsibilities

You must provide timely access to accounts (e.g. Etsy, Shopify, domain, Stripe) and accurate information. You remain the owner of your business accounts, products, and customer relationships. You are responsible for compliance with platform rules, advertising rules, consumer law, and tax in your jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual property

Unless we agree otherwise in writing: you own deliverables created specifically for your project once paid in full; we retain rights to our pre-existing tools, templates, and processes; we may describe the engagement in anonymised portfolio form unless you opt out in writing.

6. No earnings guarantee

We do not guarantee sales, traffic, rankings, or profit. Results depend on niche, product, pricing, your follow-through, and market conditions.

7. Refunds and cancellation

Deposits for work already performed are non-refundable. Unused prepaid operate time may be discussed case by case. Consumer cancellation rights (if any) under UK law will be stated clearly once packages are sold to consumers versus businesses. A fuller refund policy will be published before public sale.

8. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law. Subject to that, our total liability arising from a project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or data.

9. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date will change. Material changes for active clients will be notified by email where practical.
